I made an intro.
Because apparently if I’m going to launch a live feminist history show called The “Well, The Patriarchy Isn’t Going To Fuck Itself” Hour, it needs an opening sequence with the emotional energy of a manifesto, a group chat, and a historical grievance file.
The premise is still simple: twice a month, we’re going to talk about gender, power, culture, history, and the many creative ways patriarchy keeps rebranding itself as common sense.
There will be historians. There will be guests. There will be righteous irritation. I have a list of potential guests, several of them have already agreed, some of them are merely dreams that I hope will one day grace us with their presence.
Anyway.
